CALL FOR ENTRY: THE ART OF STREET PHOTOGRAPHY · DEADLINE DECEMBER 20, 2026, 11:59 PM ET
The Art of Street Photography
TCG Gallery invites photographers to submit work for The Art of Street Photography, an online exhibition of photographs made in public life.
The street offers no arrangement and no second take. A gesture, a collision of shapes, a person passing through a patch of light: what matters is what the photographer sees in the moment. We welcome photographs from cities, small towns, neighborhoods, transit spaces and other places where public life unfolds. People need not appear in every frame.
Submission deadline: December 20, 2026, 11:59 PM ET
Artist notifications: December 27, 2026
Format: Online exhibition
Eligibility and selection
Open internationally to photographers and lens-based artists aged 18 or older, at any stage of their practice. Digital, film, alternative-process and mixed-media photographic work is welcome. Artists must have created the work and hold the rights needed to submit it. Images generated by, or substantially altered with, generative artificial intelligence are not eligible.
Work is reviewed for visual strength, originality, photographic execution, relevance to the theme and contribution to a coherent exhibition.
Submission details
Submit up to three photographs per entry. One photograph is enough; additional images are optional. Multiple entries are permitted. The entry fee is $15 per entry. Fee waivers are available through the gallery’s fee-waiver application.
Submit JPG or JPEG files at least 1,200 pixels on the longest side, correctly oriented and clear enough for review. Please do not place a watermark or signature on the image. Use a descriptive filename, such as firstname_lastname_title-01.jpeg.
Provide your name, email and location, and the title, year, medium, physical print dimensions with units, and price or NFS for each work. Website, Instagram, biography and image descriptions are optional.
Selected artists and sales
Selected photographs will appear in a curated online exhibition with artist and artwork information. Work may be offered for sale or marked not for sale. TCG Gallery retains a 30% commission on work sold through the gallery.
Copyright and use
Copyright remains with the artist. Submission permits TCG Gallery to review the work. For selected work, artists grant nonexclusive permission for credited exhibition, archiving and related gallery promotion. Artists are responsible for obtaining any permissions necessary to submit and display their work.
